As a Tool Pre-setter, you will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient tool changes, minimize downtime, and maintain the quality of finished products.

As a Tool Pre-setter, you will be responsible for

  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while handling tools and equipment.
  • Assisting in maintaining plant production by making new products and repairs.
  • Interpreting and following through on work orders following various safe work procedures.
  • Calibrating and adjusting tools to achieve optimal performance, accuracy, and quality.
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements for optimization.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have relevant previous experience or machining background.
  • Be IT literate.
  • Can read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, or work orders.
  • Demonstrate solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess effective communication and collaboration abilities.
