As a Tool Pre-setter, you will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient tool changes, minimize downtime, and maintain the quality of finished products.
As a Tool Pre-setter, you will be responsible for
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while handling tools and equipment.
- Assisting in maintaining plant production by making new products and repairs.
- Interpreting and following through on work orders following various safe work procedures.
- Calibrating and adjusting tools to achieve optimal performance, accuracy, and quality.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements for optimization.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant previous experience or machining background.
- Be IT literate.
- Can read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, or work orders.
- Demonstrate solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess effective communication and collaboration abilities.
