We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Take-out Server/To-Go Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and packaging take-out orders, and ensuring that all orders are delivered to our customers in a timely and accurate manner. Additional benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Telemedicine 401(k) Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, take their orders, and prepare their take-out meals according to their specifications Package take-out orders accurately, neatly and in a timely manner Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before handing them over to guests Process payment transactions for take-out orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area, ensuring that all supplies and equipment are in good working condition Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of take-out orders Ensure that all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions and concerns, and addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Qualifications: Must be at least 17 years old. Friendly and personable attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction from the server team Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays Average pay is based on schedule availability & flexibility and is an estimate based on recent data.
