About You

Academic Registry at NTU are seeking 2 x highly motivated and organised Coordinators to join the Timetabling team.

The successful candidates will join the Timetabling team with responsibility for coordinating the production of timetables. You will need expert negotiation and influencing skills, be highly organised and an excellent team worker with robust skills in stakeholder engagement. The post involves working with a range of staff from across all sections of the University to coordinate a collaborative and robust approach for scheduling and room utilisation. The successful candidates will have expert knowledge of resource scheduling and systems, be confident in the use of Excel, as well as the ability to prioritise their own workload. Candidates should have highly developed problem solving, administrative and customer focused service skills with a solutions focus.
