Job description

We are looking for a tiler/multi skilled to work on a void property contract in and around the Bridgend area. We are offering a SM price on this contract, rates to be discussed on application. As this is a sub contractor position, own transport & tools are essential. Hours of work are normally 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but as we are working in unoccupied properties, work hours are flexible if on price work.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 48 months

Salary: £18.00-£25.00 per hour

we have covid specific RAM's in place

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bridgend, Bridgend: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Tile Setting: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
