About the Team
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. We deliver governance solutions in the form of policies, rules and systems, to ensure a high quality product and user experience.
Our teams are located in three main regional hubs: EMEA, SEA and Americas to cover a wide range of markets and different business models. We are looking for a Learning Specialist to join the Learning and Culture Enablement team. This team focuses on designing and delivering learning and development solutions to support GNE members growth across the globe. We partner with HRBPs to roll out cultural-related employee engagement programs to strengthen cross-cultural collaboration and make GNE a great place to work.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of new hires' onboarding program, talent development programs and employee engagement activities to create the best employee experience for all team members across the globe.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively drive change and continuous improvement in support of business goals.
- Analyze and solve business problems to understand root causes and drive forward-looking opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training opportunities.
- Design and develop learning programs and manage the programs end-to-end, which include content design and management, logistics, communication, delivery and facilitator coordination, analysis, reporting and evaluation.
- Build an internal knowledge management system, which fosters team members knowledge transfer and sharing.
- Partner with HRBPs to roll out programs and initiatives which address opportunities in cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
- Organize regular team building activities to strengthen team cohesion and team members' sense of belonging.
- Drive adherence to standardised processes and industry best practices learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the stakeholders to evolve.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with extensive working experience in training, learning & development, e-Commerce operation and project management.
- Familiar with training industry and business process
- Strong data analysis and processing skills and experience using data to effectively evaluate training impact.
- Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects.
- Experience working in an ambiguous environment, managing multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Customer focus and have strong sense of return on expectation.
- Adaptable, strong learning agility, self-driven.
