ICT Support Technician
Chippenham/West Brom/Hybrid
Salary - £25,000-£31,300 per annum - depending on skills and experience
Contract type - Permanent
Working hours - Full Time

About the role
You will manage all standard IT Helpdesk requests and routine break fix issues to a high level of customer service. Ensure that the IT Helpdesk calls are effectively logged, user expectations are managed / understood to ensure that escalated calls to higher support teams are actioned in a timely manner.
You will manage day to day requests for Business Applications to include system configuration, security access control management, data integration tasks and report writing as required.
You will provide additional technical support to assist IT users get the most out of their issued equipment by providing one on one tuition or team demonstrations.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
You must have a degree in ICT or another related subject or Demonstratable experience in a similar role.
You will have 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above/NVQ2 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning, and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.
You will be confident using mobile working solutions. Strong Technical user.
You must have excellent working knowledge & experience of using Microsoft Office 365 suite.
You will have the ability to triage high call volumes so that effective service levels are maintained.
