Here at Motion we work exclusively with 7-8 figure DTC brands to help them scale using paid ads on TikTok. We assist prominent eCommerce brands, like CRAFTD, Thortful and Steven Bartlett, in acquiring new customers. Additionally, we aid companies in finance, insurance and solicitors in generating leads.
We’re seeking a skilled TikTok Creative Strategist to join our team. As a TikTok Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for creating compelling scripts for ad creative, managing communication with content creators, and managing the workflows between editors. You will also communicate with our media buyers to ensure you know how many ads we need that week for each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling scripts for TikTok UGC ad creative.
- Manage communication with content creators to ensure declines are met.
- Manage the workflows between editors so ads are delivered on time.
- Communicate with our media buyers to ensure the correct number of ads are produced for each client within sufficient time frames.
- Communicating with clients in a Slack channel to give updates and answer any queiries.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
- Experience in paid advertising (nice to have).
- Video editing and/or writing experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
