Tier 2 Supervisor Contact Centre.
Reporting to: Line Manager – Team Leader
Location: Contact Centre
Salary: Tier 2 - £11 an hour.
Hours: 20 hours over 7 days. (4 in 7)

Tier 2 The Job Role.
- To cover supervisor on weekends - 2 in 4 weeks.
- To cover supervisor for annual leave off OOH team leaders.
- To support team leader in OOH with call agents, escalations of clients and also escalations from tenants where new starters are unable to de-escalate.
- To support all staff within the OOH call centre.
- To support in-day if required - if cover needed.
- To Pick up new jobs in zammad and raise the job commercial or New repairs. within a reasonable time, frame.
- Keep on top of zammad.
- Winter additional duties will be required. To monitor calls / call listen / support OOH team leaders in planning / managing engineers.
- To answer calls within the call centre when call centre is busy and requires additional staff members on the phone.
Essential Criteria :
Must have 6 months or more experience within Customer Service / Telephone Contact Centre
Must be competent computer user.

1. To maintain standard of dress that is appropriate to the role and in accordance with the organisation’s dress policy.
2. To maintain confidentiality at all times and to ensure respect for, proper observance of and adherence to Robert Heath’s confidentiality policy.
3. To take all reasonable care of the health and safety of her / himself and of other persons who may be affected by her / his acts or omissions.
4. To work at any other Robert Heath location as and when required.
5. To undertake any other duties which are consistent with the post.
