Sheffield United Football Club are looking for enthusiastic individuals to come and join our Ticketing Office team. The successful candidates should enjoy the challenge of working within a fast-paced environment, whilst recognising that high level customer service is paramount.
As such, the Ticketing Assistant will place the customer experience at the heart of all they do, operating in a courteous and professional manner to build a great rapport with those who come to visit Bramall Lane.
We are looking for candidates who have the flexibility to cover all match day fixtures, as well as providing support in line with the operational needs of the Ticketing Office including weekdays.
Role Responsibilities
· To manually process online ticket orders.
· Respond to box office email enquiries as and when necessary.
· Respond to and allocate vouchers for charity event requests upon request.
· Responsible for balancing daily takings and reconciling any ticketing issues.
· Deal with enquiries and correspondence in a polite and effective manner.
· Selling ticketing & other related products.
· Reporting any complaints raised to the Ticket Office Supervisor, Ticketing Assistant Manager and / or Ticketing Manager.
· General administration and other duties as required.
· Any other reasonable request as directed by management.

Essential Criteria for the role:
· Prior experience in a customer facing role
· IT Skills
· Strong organisational Skills
· Excellent inter- personal skills and a confident communicator
· Good attendance and timekeeping
· Basic Math and English skills
Desirable Criteria for the role:
· Working within a ticketing or shop environment
· NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Customer Service
· Prior experience of using a ticketing system would be advantageous
