Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for football? Cove Rangers Football Club is seeking a Ticketing Administrator to become an integral part of our matchday experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves football and has exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Man the ticket office on home matchdays, providing outstanding customer service to our fans.
- Collate and manage information related to ticketing and attendances, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Respond to queries and concerns from fans regarding ticketing in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Issue tickets for hospitality guests and visitors to the club.
- Maintain a high level of IT literacy to effectively operate our ticketing systems.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Passion for football and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience with ticketing systems is desirable, but not mandatory.
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week
Salary: £6.70-£10.42 per hour
