Aesthetic Therapist- Level 3 NVQ minimum

No Filter Clinic London is a doctor led boutique clinic in High St Kensington with a strong focus on natural results, cutting edge treatments and excellent customer experience. We are a very friendly small team looking for a level 3 qualified Aesthetician to join our team. We are rapidly expanding so there is lots of opportunity for growth!

Your role:

Perform RF with microneedling, IPL, facials, peels and laser treatments. Morpheus 8 and Hydrafacial experience is essential

Microneedling

Medical grade facials with skin peels

Skin consultations with bespoke treatment plans using ZO skin and Alumier with potential to add other brand you have experience with and like.

Stay up to date with latest treatments and participate in further training to maintain the cutting edge nature of the clinic

Customer experience and service is at the core of our clinic so we would like someone who takes a lot of pride in their work and show clients that you care. We want our clients to feel good the moment they arrive.

Client follow ups in person or virtual

Maintain accurate client records

Set up and clean clinic space according to protocols

Build your client base and engage in social media

Work towards target to earn excellent commisions

Skills and experience required:

- NVQ Level 3 qualified

- Minimum 2 years experience with IPL, laser, RF and skin treatments

- Thorough knowledge of skin

- In depth skin consultation assessments

- Excellent communication skills

- Immaculately presented and professional

- Passionate about skin and beauty! This is key, we want someone who really cares about what they do.

Job Benefits:

- Higher than average salary at £30,000 per year

- Excellent and achievable commission pay

- 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

- Flexible schedule as long as you can do 2 Saturdays a month
