Freelance - Event Assistants Team - The Holy Art Fair

As a group of galleries, with locations in London and Athens, we specialize in curating art exhibitions and art fairs both in the UK and internationally. We invite artists from all backgrounds to submit their work for consideration through our open calls for exhibitions in our London and Athens galleries. What Will you Do:
As a Freelance Event Assistant Team member you will have the chance to participate in the daily operations and assist on projects that have a real impact on our fair.
You'll support The Holy Art team with ad-hoc daily tasks.
This is a paid freelance position, and will be based at OXO Tower, Bargehouse
London, SE1 9PH.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Support the Event Directors on helping to prepare the event
- Support the Operations team on advancing for the event, completing operational tasks
- Support the Production team on advancing for the event, completing production tasks
- Support the participating artists with needs they may have for the installation of their artworks, wrapping their sold artworks.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- An excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities
- Have a friendly, open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Able to prioritize workload and use their time efficiently
- Be committed to the programme
- Maintain professionalism and always represent Endeavor in a positive manner

- Tuesday 28th March - 08:00 – 18:00 Installation (dedicated time slots per artist)
- Wednesday 29th March - 08:00 – 18:00 Installation (dedicated time slots per artist)
- Thursday 30th March - 08:00 – 13:00 Installation (dedicated time slots per artist)
- Thursday 30th March - 18:00 – 21:00 – Preview & Opening Night
- Friday 31st March – 13:00-21:00 – Regular fair hours
- Saturday 1st April - 11:00-18:00 – Regular fair hours
- Sunday 2nd April - 11:00-18:00 – Regular fair hours
- Sunday 2nd April – 18:00-21:00 – Bump-out
