TI Fluid Systems (UK) Ltd designs and manufactures fluid carrying systems that address the complex assembly and performance challenges of the modern automotive industry and vehicle performance environment.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our supportive, knowledgeable, and dynamic team at Telford on a full-time, permanent basis, as a Production Operative.
You should:
- Have experience and/or knowledge of assembly processes in the automotive sector, preferably Tier 1
- Be able to work under pressure within a highly demanding environment
- Be able to work flexibly on own initiative, making decisions to improve efficiencies within the production line
- Be able to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Have a willingness to learn new skills and adaptability to meet the changing needs of customer, business, and industry requirements
- A qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable but not essential)
