Job description
You will work with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects in the FirstVision releases. Works with SIT functional teams on test coverage, development teams for resolving defects and with clients to support their UAT testing requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle with exposure to test strategies, test plans, test phases, test tools and quality gates.
- Knowledge of Issuing Processing specifically with credit/debit cards processing.
- Experience of Test and Defect Management and associated tools, preferably JIRA.
- Knowledge of FirstVision application preferred.
- Experience of MasterCard, VISA compliance and authorization processing / testing preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with client stakeholders to support test requirement.
- Enforcement of quality gates across the various test phases.
What candidate need to have:
- Knowledge & hands-on exp with manual and automation testing
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Knowledge around testing of APIs using tools like SoapUI, Postman, REST Console
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Test management tools (JIRA)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
