The Opportunity
The Test Technician will be responsible for manufacturing products and components to meet agreed quality, time-scale and cost objectives.
Location
The role will be permanently based at our High Wycombe site, with the first 5-6 months working from our Tubney Woods site.
About You
The Test Technician will ideally have the following skills and attributes: A recognised relevant engineering qualification such as an apprenticeship, NVQ, would be preferred but not necessary Will have held a similar role in a similar environment. Knowledge of the following skills: Familiar with test software Testing systems - using test software Bench testing units Testing technical equipment Good IT skills Able to communicate test findings clearly verbally and written Worked in manufacturing environment and understands meeting customer demands Able to work with little written instructions. Health and Safety compliance and familiarisation

Key Responsibilities for the Test Technician
From team production plan, manage personal workload ensuring all milestones are achieved.
Supports the implementation of best practice processes, techniques and continuous improvement methods.
Operate within the Quality policy and procedures as defined in the quality system.
Maintain a flexible attitude and approach to changing requirements and priorities.
Recognise team customers, both internal and external, and strive to fully satisfy their needs.
Personally, demonstrated highest standards of workmanship.
Using agreed measures, monitor and report on existing processes, indicating the need for corrective action as required.
