- 37.5 Hours
- Location: dependent upon where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford
- Travel will be required to our offices and client sites
- Security Clearance (SC) Required. (If not already held applicant must be willing to go through SC vetting process)

Open Role: Test Manager
We are looking for a Testing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end testing of solutions and leading testing on projects.
Areas of Responsibility
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Creation of testing strategy
- Test plans including evergreening impacts
- User scenarios
- Traceability matrix
- Reporting to senior stakeholders
- Defect management
- Risk and issue management
- Environment planning
- Undertaking testing of applications (Oracle SaaS and ServiceNow)
- 3rd party supplier management
- Ability to meet project timescales and budgets
- Management of the test team
Person Spec | Skills and Experience
Skills and experience you’ll need
- At least 4 Oracle SaaS Cloud implementations (including Payroll)
- Experience at managing large complex implementations with multiple stakeholders
- Evidence of leading a team
- Working in both Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
- Team Player
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in ServiceNow
- Experience of Automated Testing
- PRINCE2/APM/CSM
- JIRA
