Your Team
The Test Management Team is accountable for managing the various test campaigns in the context of the maintenance of the application landscapes within our clients, during SIT (System Integration Test – internally) and UAT (User Acceptance Test – with the client) planning and managing the End of Period tests (end of Quarter, end of Year).
The team is also responsible for managing the progress of the tests with the client counterparty and providing regular progress reports both to the internal management and to the Client.
The team has ownership on the test environments, including environment refresh, software installation and environment readiness assessments. To provide an effective and efficient testing environment for the Client, the team liaise with the Development and Release Management teams to optimize the delivery (content, quality, and dependencies). They also contribute to the continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures.
Your Mission
- Management of the release processes for changes in the software related to Avaloq products and coordination of the plans and test campaigns for monthly client releases (UPL) and Hot Fixes (EME)
- Coordinate and plan the test simulation of End of Period for all clients
- Ensure Test environment availability for Client UAT and track and distribute test results
- Provide to stakeholders content scope for UPL and EME releases and liaise with Release Management
- Manage client acceptance environment usage plan across projects and AMS for each Client and orchestrate installation of bug fixes with Development and Release Management
- Perform compliance/audit Key Controls
What you need
- Experience in testing practices and methodologies
- Strong demonstrable experience of working in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
- Strong in communication, able to relate to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in spoken and written English
You will get Extra points for:
- German or Italian or French language skills
- Experience of Avaloq systems or software.
