SR2 - Socially Responsible Recruitment
Full Time Remote 24000 - 25000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

I have an amazing opportunity for A Test/QA looking for a part time role (25 hours a week).

You'll be joining an awesome femtech and fertility awareness startup who have built an app to help women understand their menstrual cycles, enabling them to track ovulation and periods to help with family planning and to give them insight into their health. They are a community based not for profit organisation with thousands of users and are at an exciting stage in their journey as they start to build an internal tech team and take their product to the next level!

They are now looking for their first fully dedicated QA (to date they have had different members of the team help out). You'll be testing new features on their app (that runs across iOS and Android) and managing their releases to make sure that quality is embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle. You'll work closely with their in house Product Owner to understand new features and also their development team which is currently outsourced. You'll have lots of autonomy to get better qa processes in place in a environment which is truly flexible.

They are looking for someone to work 25 hours a week, but how this looks is entirely up to you, you may prefer to work several longer days or spread your hours out across the week. You'll get to be completely remote although they would like people based around the South West of England who would be able to get to Bristol for team catchups a day or two a month.

Their ideal person will be an experience Manual QA/ Tester with any interest in automation useful, who loves the idea of working for a startup in this space and taking ownership for their testing and test processes. You'll need to be happy to talk about all things menstruation and they offer a unique and amazingly supportive Menstrual cycle-conscious/awareness working culture where they actively encourage employees to take time out for self-care as needed. Perhaps you need a quiet day one day or you want to take some time out of your day to have a bath and reset.

Salary is the equivalent of £34,000 if you are full time which would work out as £25,000 for 25 hours a week. On top of this you'll get lots of flexibility with how your hours are worked, 25 days holiday and a contributory pension. If you'd like to hear more please apply below to Samantha Miller at SR2 Recruitment.
