Territory Sales Representative
Location (Northwest and Southeast Regions)
We are Careismatic Brands Inc., the global leader in medical apparel, footwear, and accessories. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative to create new business and existing customer growth, generate profitable business growth while meeting assigned sales goals, initiate, develop and close sales to new and current customers, and recommend new products and sales solutions.
This is a full-time remote role.
Salary Range: $65,000.00

What Your Day Looks Like
· Generate profitable sales growth for the region while meeting assigned sales goals
· Aggressively seeks our prospective customers/ business opportunities through effective sales cold calls to businesses in their territory
· Establishes and maintain strong customer relationships to effectively grow the business
· Conduct effective meetings with clients and prospects to uncover needs
· Develops comprehensive solutions to the client’s needs utilizing information gathered and company resources.
· Utilize company CRM to ensure updated information is available to management regarding customers and pipeline changes
· Develop an effective and productive relationship with inside sales and support teams using a teamwork approach to increase sales and customer retention
· Work closely with inside teams including marketing and inventory management to communicate territory and customer needs.
· Complete all weekly and monthly reports on a timely basis
· Conduct effective weekly update meeting with management
· Develop and maintain sales and pipeline forecasts, communicating information to key departments in the organization.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Proven forecasting and customer service skills
