The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the Surgical Technology portfolio, requiring a hypergrowth mindset to promote our Neptune and SafeAir portfolio. The focus for the role is to drive capital sales growth whilst delivering value-based business proposals to key target customers across the North West.

What’s required?
- Driving License: You must have a full, valid EU Driving License
- Academic Requirements: University degree (any) – Marketing, Life sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business or Engineering degree desirable.
- Language Requirements: You must be a native speaker of the country you are applying for and have excellent fluency in English.
- IT Skills: You must have excellent skills in MS Office including Excel.
- Experience: you have 3-5years of very successful sales experience in highly customer focused company
Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Driving growth in the territory through active and constant customer engagement
- Customer selection, targeted sales approach
- Plan and execute on a quarterly an annual business plan. Strong management of existing revenue streams and customers as well as driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.
- Efficient control of all resources and materials in his/her territory (demo kit)
- Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
- Ensuring products are sold and revenue gains are established within the limits of in-house guidelines,
- Achieving the sales and financial targets for the territory
- Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM’s and PM’s to ensure this is within the desired company bands.
- Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners and managers where required.
- In-theatre knowledge and support where required
- Completing quotes / reporting as and when required
- Support in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational labs
