As a Medical Device Sales Representative (SAGE – South), you will represent Stryker as a leader in our industry by assisting with the selling, promoting, and marketing of our products to a sophisticated audience of healthcare professionals including tissue viability, speech and language therapists, infection control, nursing staff and procurement professionals. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, running your own territory to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success.

Responsibilities
Develop an effective sales strategy for your assigned accounts to drive sales within existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
Delivering annual sales targets as well as other key performance objectives
Building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector; these include, Tissue Viability, infection control, Speech and language therapists, Nursing staff as well as Procurement and Finance professionals
Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
Producing regular reports on sales activity and forecasting for your Regional Sales Manager
Attending and participating in key professional congresses and events
Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, and market knowledge
What you need
Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
A history of sales growth within a defined territory, along with strong negotiation skills
A valid drivers’ license
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with a range of healthcare professionals
Must be comfortable in hospital environments and a field-based role. It is imperative that you live within the defined Territory (South of England)
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong collaborator with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce, whilst also able to proactively drive business opportunities independently with minimal supervision
Confident using CRM systems
