Job description
As a Territory Sales Manager your mission is simple. To take charge of, protect and grow our sales in your designated territory. You will achieve this by leading our service standards to our amazing existing customers and by engaging with the best new outlets in town. The fruit of your labour will be growth, profit and driving Scotland’s food and drink industry forward!

After training, you will be expected to deliver the main duties of a Territory Manager in tandem with wider objectives. These will include:
- Territory performance – developing and sustaining existing business and bringing on new.
- Maintaining product mix to achieve company margin
- Maintaining and develop existing customers
- Opening new accounts
- Territory objectives
Skills / Experience
- We are looking for self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic people
- Sales experience in the drinks trade is desirable but not essential. Maybe you are looking to step out from behind the bar? You may be looking to reclaim a work/life balance. This isn’t a 24/7 role and could have hours to suit you.
- You may have a relevant degree or alternatively have great trade/customer facing experience that will allow you to thrive but it’s essential that you enjoy dealing directly with people.
- A solid understanding of the Scottish food and drinks market with a finger on the pulse of our best venues and scenes.
- You must pride yourself on great customer service, relationships and delivering results with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to manage and organise own workloads, whilst remaining a team player.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (a company car (electric), along with a mobile and laptop will be provided)
