About the role: We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Tenant Voice Team in the role of Tenant Voice Administrator. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to assist the Tenant Voice Team in managing tenant feedback including complaints and tenant engagement. This includes, assisting with local and community events, answering social media enquiries, taking minutes at meetings and dealing with 'own it, fix it' complaints. What we are looking for: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with tenants, Gentoo colleagues and external partner agencies. They will be an excellent communicator who works well within a team, as well as being able to work independently, using their own initiative. In order to meet targets and deadline, they must be able to plan, manage and effectively prioritise their workload to ensure the very best service is delivered to our tenants and customers. They must work well under pressure and show resilience when dealing with challenging situations. Experience of providing administrative support is desirable, however what is more important is a willingness to learn and a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude. Closing date: 27/07/2023 Gentoo
