Job description

We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Hinkley Point team based in Bridgwater, Somerset. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As Technical Administrator, you’ll be working with the Hinkley Point team, supporting them in the smooth running of the project.

Your day to day will include:

  • Being responsible for the day to day administration on site.
  • Working with the operational team to identify main issues of concern with invoices in query
  • You will manage Goods Received Notes, including collection from site, collation/task code/validation and enter onto the system.
  • You will challenge the operational team on unresolved issues and identify the root cause of the issue
  • Look after the general admin to ensure day to day running of site.

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:

  • You are IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • You have good communication and strong organisational skills
  • You are able to work individually and as part of a team
  • You have a good eye for detail.
