Job description
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and dynamic Tenant Participation Officer to join our Housing Services Team here at New Gorbals Housing Association.
As the Tenant Participation Officer at New Gorbals HA you will be the face of the Association’s engagement with our tenants and service users within the local community. As part of our high performing Housing Services Team which places our tenants and the community at the heart of our service, you will be expected to deliver a broad range of tenant engagement activities.
In collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, community and tenant groups you will develop, shape and implement our tenant engagement strategy and review and recommend action for continuous improvement in the delivery of all our core services.
