We're looking for proactive individuals to join our team of Production Operatives.
The Role
This is a busy role which will require you to have a keen eye for detail and good level of dexterity. You'll be responsible for correctly assembling packs of lifesaving medical equipment, ensuring this is prepared to a high standard and sending the packs down the Production line, ready for distribution to our key customers, including the NHS and various private health organisations.
You'll also assist with general tasks in the Production environment. There are opportunities for you to progress, or move into different roles within the company.
Please note that this role can be repetitive, so you'd need to be focused and methodical in your approach. You'd need to be able to stand for a few hours per day, and be on your feet.
Two available shift times:
- 10:00am - 6:30pm Monday - Thursday and 10:00am - 02:00pm on Friday
- 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Thursday and 6:00am - 12:00pm on Friday
Please ensure you can work all of these hours before applying to the role, as we cannot make any exceptions.
It's also mandatory for you to have a passport or full birth certificate, and a bank account in your name (or a joint account). We cannot accept your application if these items are not provided.
The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis and is paid at the National Living Wage.

- Mountain Ash, CF45 4ER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
