Job Description
Are you an established Personal Assistant with private and business support experience? Are you looking for flexibility and can commit to two days per week, remote working?
We are supporting a charismatic and personable individual who is looking for additional support, primarily to assist with the organisation of busy family life. There are three hyperactive schedules to maintain, with regards to school life, extra curriculum activities and weekend clubs. Alongside this, there will be relative WhatsApp groups to react to, responses required for PTA business, family holidays to arrange and prepare for children's trips.
Business-related tasks will include but not be restricted to processing expenses, travel arranging and corporate administration.
Core responsibilities:
- Managing increasingly complex schedules for children
- Booking person travel and holidays including Visa's, ESTA etc.
- Booking restaurants, personal appointments
- Diary/calendar management
- Assisting/coordinating with property maintenance/developments
- Making arrangements for events such as concerts and/or sports matches
- Arranging home supplies (food/housekeeping stock)
- Personal shopping, Internet shopping including returns
- Ad hoc support to extended family
- Household Bill/expense management
Personal Specification:
- Be a go-getter/self-starter with great communication skills, both oral and written
- Trustworthy, super confidential, reliable & genuine
- Organised and proactive mindset
- Someone who gets things done/solves problems
- PC Literate & fully proficient
- Sense of humour allowed/personable/approachable
The hourly base pay rate for this role will be £20 - £25 per hour dependent on experience. We look forward to hearing from immediately available candidates ASAP.
