Job description
We are looking for Spa Therapists t to join the team. It a distinguished team of hospitality enthusiasts. The hotel has recently reopened following a full hotel refurbishment.
What will I be doing?
- Developing a rapport with Guests to provide outstanding service
- Provide industry leading treatments to each and every guest
- To ensure smooth daily operation of all aspects of the spa
- Have detailed knowledge of all retail and professional products and services that the Spa provides
- Optimise bookings from guests, which includes up-selling and upgrading regularly
- Provide treatment protocol with the Guest
- Provide a seamless service to the various areas and ensure the guest has appropriate refreshments
- Provide Guest with thorough after-care and home-care advice
- Work on reception when required, handling filing, handling payments, bookings and telephony needs from time to time
- Comply with all legal and organisational policies
What are we looking for?
- NVQ level 3 in Massage Beauty Therapy
- A professional positive attitude
- Persuasive retail sales skills
- Impeccable time management
- Excellent organisational skills

- Genuinely friendly and caring

- Excellent communication and immaculate presentation
