We have an exciting opportunity to join DDC OS on a temporary basis working as an Administrator / Data Entry Clerk. You will be working at our Head Office in Worksop (S80 2RT) which has free onsite parking available.


We have multiple start dates throughout April & May 2023. Roles are expected to finish 21st May 2023. You will have 1-2 weeks of training on a part time basis which will increase to 37.5 based on workflow levels.


Coverage required Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Overtime will be available to cover bank holidays along with a potential of additional overtime being available.


We will give you:

  • Salary of £10.42 per hour

What will I be responsible for?

As an Administrator / Data Entry Clerk, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Opening and preparing post, scanning, data capture, quality control & archiving
  • Raising queries that do not match client specifications to management
  • Storing and retrieving boxes from our warehouse environment – nothing too heavy
  • Adapting to change as directed by management dependent on workloads and SLA’s
  • Handling queries by investigating and ensuring there is a quick resolution
  • Other reasonable ad-hoc duties

What do you need?

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but we are keen to speak to you is you have the following:

  • Computer literate with the ability to be fast and accurate when using a PC
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work to strict deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • A good team player
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Confident in problem solving and decision making whilst working unsupervised
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent attendance, time keeping, and reliability are all essential skills for this role
