Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
