Job description
We require 2 new addition to join our team. We currently have a vacancy for both Day and Night. This positions are required for both weekday and weekends.
The role includes taking customer telephone call bookings and dealing with queries from customers and drivers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have knowledge of Coventry (Essential)
- Computing/Administration experience (Essential)
- Great attention to detail
- Experience of dealing with a high volume of telephone calls - Previous call centre experience (Preferable) - Full Training will be provided
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Great communication and customer service skills
You will be required to be flexible shifts. (Please do not apply if you are unable To commit and be flexible with hours. We are a 24 hour operating company open 365 days a year, so it's important the candidate can do hours which will be discussed prior to interview)
Flexibility to cover other hours maybe required to cover absences and annual leave.
