About The Role

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated people to join our Coaching Team. Tasks and key skills include:
- Liaising with Project Team Leaders (PTL), Senior Management, Project Managers, Agent Support teams and Agents
- Actively coaching and motivating agents to achieve and exceed targets set. Identify any gaps in knowledge and coach accordingly.
To ensure the agents in their team conduct interviews accordance with Ipsos quality standards.
Performance Manage: Set aspirational daily targets, monitor and evaluate agent performance. Identify agents who are underperforming and provide guidance.
Ability to multi- task. You may be allocated multiple tasks at any time. Ability to be adaptable, analytical, efficient and thorough, multi-skilled to support the business requirements.
Promoting a great working environment. Inspire the team and lead by example in terms of professionalism, timekeeping, enthusiasm, communication and be a positive influencer for the project team.
Promote the business ‘Best Practice’ policies. Be aware and understanding of Ipsos' 5 core values: Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client First and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations especially during busy periods.
Support in completing Interviews and candidate assessments during onboarding.
Essentials
- A laptop/pc running Windows 10 or above.
- A compatible USB connecting 'call centre style' headset with microphone.
- A stable and strong broadband connection when working remotely.
- Unrestricted access to somewhere quiet and private for the duration of any shift.
- £10.00 - £12.05 per hour
