Job description

The main purpose of the role is: To receive and record emergency and non-emergency requests for policing service, determining the level of response required, to include recording the crime / incident report and conduct telephone based investigations for crimes where police deployment is not required. Where possible provide resolution of the contact / crime at the first point of contact.
