Job description
Opinion Research Services (ORS) are a Swansea based Social Research organisation that work on behalf of several Local Governments, County Councils, Police Forces, Health and Fire services.
We are looking for new telephone interviewers to come and join the team, working with us in providing the public with a voice.
We offer a variety of working patterns including weekdays, evenings and weekends, although majority of shifts will be weekday afternoons/evenings. Extensive training will be provided from our main office in Swansea City Centre. We expect work to continue from the office for duration of probation period before we would consider any home working to ensure all successful applicants meet the probationary criteria.
Due to the nature of the role, some of our projects require vetting clearance from the police, all successful candidates would be expected to undergo the vetting process and on-going employment would be subject to successfully passing this.
Initially this role is casual work, so you choose when to work. Once the probationary period is over, should you wish to, you can be considered for a permanent contract at a higher rate of pay and with other benefits – this is subject to successfully passing the training period and passing the vetting procedure.
Pay is Hourly National Minimum Wage to start with. We also offer performance bonuses.
