£10.42 per hour
Knowledge Partnership is looking to recruit one or more individuals to carry out telephone surveys on behalf of our customers.
A professional telephone manner is essential and previous experience of market research telephone survey work is preferred.
The post requires the holder to work on a shift pattern as part of a rota including Saturdays.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Essential
· Experience carrying out telephone surveys with members of the public
· Ability to use MS Office and the Internet
· As this role would initially be home based, applicants must have home access to the Internet, plus access to their own PC or laptop
· The successful candidate will speak, read and write in fluent English
· Good attention to detail
· Prepared to work evenings and weekends according to requirements
Only individuals with at least 3 month’s telephone survey experience should apply, as being comfortable speaking to customers and delivering surveys by telephone is key to this role. Full training in the role will be provided.
