Are you socially minded, good with people and ready to change the world? Our Telephone Fundraising team are saving and changing lives every day, helping to deliver annual income targets and develop relationships on behalf of some of the biggest and best charities in the UK.

We are looking for a mix of full time and part time Telephone Fundraisers to join our team on a permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £9.90 to £12.75 (£18,018 per annum, rising to £23,205 based on performance).

Our Telephone Fundraisers work as part of the Fundraising team to help deliver annual income targets and to develop relationships with individuals across the UK with the aim of raising funds and increasing the profile of our charity partners. The Fundraiser should have expertise in speaking directly with supporters or customers, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Understanding of key issues faced by your charities and how the support gained can make a lasting difference
  • The ability to deliver exceptional supporter care
  • Ability to communicate sensitively, effectively and with empathy with a diverse range of individuals
  • Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to motivate others
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to communicate with supporters and colleagues with confidence and fluency, both face to face, on the telephone and online
  • Excellent organisation/administrative, prioritising skills and ability to work to multiple deadlines
  • Competency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, particularly Excel and Word or Sheets and Docs
  • Strong teamwork and good interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Contact centre experience, experience of working in a target-driven environment, or fundraising experience a significant benefit

Our Offer

An immediate start full or part-time, starting at £9.90. You’ll get 28 days of holiday (pro-rata for part-time staff), and will be part of the company pension scheme. Four-weekly pay, with the ability to access 50% of your wages the morning following each shift with our Wagestream platform.
