Job description
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week.
(Monday to Friday only, no evenings or weekends required).
Telephone Collections agent required by long established collections office based in Glasgow on a working from home basis. This position is offered on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave although could lead to a full time permanent position.
As a Telephone Collections Agent your role will involve a mixture of both inbound and outbound calls whereby you will be provided with overdue accounts on behalf of our clients and tasked with recovering these.
Full training will be provided.
