Located in the heart of Sunderland, our enthusiastic team helped more than 12,000 people with over 30,000 issues in the last year. Our remarkable team achieved financial gains of £5.2 million through one of the most challenging times we have ever faced.
Due to the level of demand, we are looking to expand our telephone advice team. As part of our high performing telephone team, you would play a key role in helping to move clients forward with the advice they need and work to remove the barriers they are facing.
You will deal with a wide range of enquiries, and find that no two days are the same.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, sensitive questioning and listening, and most importantly, really care for our clients.
Duration – Permanent
Salary: £21,000 FTE
Location: Sunderland
Contracted Hours: 37pw – part time hours may be available
