Telephone Assessor
Salary: £13,046 + Weekend Working Allowance of £50 per weekend worked
Hours: 22.5 hours a week
Location: London Borough of Bromley - Orpington
Contract: Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Assessor to work on our Bromley Well Project providing information, guidance & support to residents of the London Borough of Bromley. The successful applicant will be contributing to the health & well-being of Bromley residents by helping to prevent people from reaching crisis point.
As a member of the Single Point of Access assessment team you will work together with our Telephone Casework Superviser and our excellent team of volunteers to manage the day to day practicalities of the Single Point of Access Advice session.
You will have at least 6 months previous experience of providing initial assessment including signposting and referrals over the phone or in person and have excellent listening and questioning skills and understand the needs of others. You will have the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate records of the telephone call using prescribed electronic case recording systems and be able to type as you talk/listen.
