Job description
We are looking to expand our dedicated team of Appointments Officers, have you got what we need?
We are looking for staff with call handling experience, excellent multitasking skills, are good problem solvers and enjoy a challenge.
We are a team who handle new patient referrals that come into the Trust from our primary care partners. In most cases, we are the first point of contact patients have with the hospital when they are referred. Our Officers not only book patient appointments but manage the speciality waiting lists that they book.
