The Role
Working in a secure NSI accredited environment within our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) based in Glasgow, you will be required to monitor various types of alarms, including but not limited to: Intruder Alarms, Panic Alarms, Fire Alarm and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering a variety of incoming telephone calls from clients, engineers and security companies and deal with their requests as appropriate
- Use of computers and telephone systems to provide appropriate responses to signals from remote systems and dispatch to the emergency services when required
- Handling and management of high priority/life or non-life alarm activations
- Operate within strict set procedures using specially designed computer software
- Updating and reporting on clients recorded information
- Assisting with general Admin tasks when required
- Watch several CCTV screens simultaneously, whilst being able to use your judgement to determine the seriousness of the situation.

Full in-house training, mentoring and ongoing support will be given.
Before commencing employment, the successful candidate will be required to complete the company employee vetting procedure.
Hours
4 Days On, 4 Days Off Shift Pattern
12-hour shifts (08.00-20.00)
*Occasionally you will be required to work the Night Shift Pattern 20.00-08.00hrs each day, to cover for Holidays/Sickness.
