Overview:
Telephone Account Manager - Unilever Ice Cream
As a Telesales Executive/Telephone Account Manager, you will be representing one of the "coolest" brand names in the ice cream industry AND within a new high-profile team in our business. You will be making outbound sales calls to restaurants/takeaways across the UK to increase brand presence of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream on their virtual stores. Once you have introduced the brand and offering, you will be making appointments for our field-based Territory Managers to meet with your contacts in person.
We will tell you who to call and give you full training on the products (hopefully with some ice cream tasting included, as you need to know what you are talking about, right?!)
Your working week will be Monday to Friday 9am-5:15pm, as you will be calling restaurants/takeaways and these hours are in line with their opening times.

Salary up to £24K per annum, plus performance related bonus

Do you have what it takes?
You will enjoy working in a target-driven environment and be strongly self-motivated. Previous direct sales experience is an advantage, as you need to be confident handling objections and be persuasive. We are also interested in candidates with telephone-based customer service experience who are confident they could handle an outbound sales environment.
