We are looking for a smart,growth oriented,well-spoken individual for sales & customer support profile for our EdTech firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- You shall do cold-calling on the leads provided for various courses
- Converting the leads into admissions through tele-calling
- Giving prompt and appropriate customer support to all the participants
- Doing feedback calls & generating leads for our services as well as updating & maintaining database
- Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
Experience/Requirements:
- Proven experience of telesales or sales min 1 year
- Experience in course selling would be added advantage
- Good customer support & service skills
- Computer literacy
