You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, work well on your own and be a strong team player. A terrific telephone manner and a basic excel knowledge, would be advantageous but you don’t need any previous experience, you will be taught everything that you’ll need to know to do the job, we just need the right sort of personality to fit with our existing team.
