JOB TITLE: Director of Secondary Education
RESPONSIBLE TO: Chief Executive Officer
HOURS: Full time
SALARY: £125,0000 - £135,000 per annum
The starting salary will be determined on appointment subject to experience.
PLACE OF WORK: The post holder will be based in the Shared Services office, located in Pimlico Academy. However, regular travel to all Future Academies schools will be required.
RIGHT TO WORK: This appointment is subject to verification of the right to work in the UK. Where the successful candidate has worked or been resident overseas in the last five years, such checks and confirmations will be required in accordance with the statutory guidance

The Director of Secondary Education will help build and maintain the Trust as a successful multi academy trust that is highly regarded.
The Director of Secondary Education will:
- Undertake the role as lead executive for the Trust’s secondary schools and directly line manage the Principals
- Be an integral member of the senior executive team
- Report to the Chief Executive Officer and, as appropriate and necessary, provide support and guidance to the Board of Trustees.
