Working within multiple direct sales verticals, we are transforming the marketing of direct sales products in the digital space.
The Role
Calling customers that have requested more information to advise the process and to book in assessments for various services.
Liaise with the booking team to agree time and dates for assessments based on customer availability.
Build rapport and ensure that the customer experience is of a high standard.
Achieving individual and team sales and call targets, ensuring all calls are of high quality.
The Candidate
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
IT Literate
Excellent communication skills.
A self-motivated individual with the desire to progress within the business.
Minimum 1 year telephone sales or customer care experience.
A positive attitude with the ability to build rapport with all customers.
Hours of Work
10.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and 10am – 4pm Friday, no weekends.
Salary
Basic £23,500, OTE £28,400
