Kingdom Coffee is a leading independent coffee wholesaler based in Reading RG30
We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Order Clerk to join our team.
The role will require the right candidate to undertake a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
Taking / making telephone calls to customers
Dealing with customer queries and service calls
Processing orders
Upkeep of database information
Ideally candidates should have relevant experience, a confident telephone manner and experience in dealing with a wide range of home and business customers over the telephone
Experience with Sage products and Microsoft Office products would be useful
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week with 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays Salary is c. £23,000 pa
