We are now looking to recruit a Wayleave/Telecoms Team Leader – Salary £33,000 to £36,000 + great benefits package
This is an interesting time to join our Wayleave Division the position offers opportunity to really make the role your own. This is an opportunity to be part of our drive to bring superfast broadband to the rural community.
As Our Wayleave Team Leader you will be supporting a team of Wayleave Officers and a Co-ordinator across the geography of Airbands portfolio of projects. You will also work alongside Airband’s key design partners and third party contracts delivering communication and agreement of wayleaves to support outsourced plans. A key aspect to the role will be to lead and develop the team, improving process and project management deliverables.
You will be based in our Tiverton Office and working remotely depending on the requirements of the role.

What are we looking for in our Wayleave Team Leader?
· Moving into 2023 we have some exciting plans for growth and network development. To stay ahead of the game we are looking for a Wayleave Team Leader who shares our core values.
· You will have excellent process management experience of implementing and delivering results.
· A background of developing and leading a successful team to include development and individual successful pathways. Be responsible for operational management of the wayleave team.
· A great negotiator with key skills in collaborating with the wider business and 3rd party contacts and suppliers.
· Ensure quality throughout the team focusing on continuous improvement. Ensure consistency of approach and outputs.
· Process ownership, processing and receiving wayleaves or associated consents
· Working closely with the planning and sales team, ensure all wayleaves are identified and applied for expediently.
· Project roll-out support, delivering timely results
· A background in Wayleave or Telecoms would be advantageous but not essential.
