Job Title: Sales Executive - Mobile & Hosted Telephony
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000pa (depending on experience) + £15,000pa on target earnings
Location: Crewe, Emperor Court (CW1 6BD)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm
Job Purpose
The role of Sales Executive is important to us. You will be responsible for Mobile & Hosted Telephony sales, winning new business and maximising cross-sell opportunities.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe (Emperor Court) office where we work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. You’ll report into the Sales Manager, Charlotte Broad
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Converting leads – Inbound & Outbound with an element of self-sourcing
- Achieve monthly value monthly targets (GP)
- Cross selling and sourcing opportunities for our Hosted Telephony products
- Develop & maintain a sustainable pipeline of ‘winnable’ opportunities
- Positively promote wider Radius Group product portfolio to all customers
- Develop knowledge on all our mobile partners Vodafone, EE and O2.
- Ensure company CRM (Salesforce) is kept up to date at all times – close date, size of opportunity, sales cycle etc.
Full training and induction will be provided
What do we expect of you?
- Experience in a Telecoms sales role would be ideal, other relatable business-to-business sales experience will also be beneficial in this role
- Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and business CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- A confident communicator who is a natural conversation starter
- A desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings
- Ability to negotiate and influence in more complex negotiations on the occasion they arise in order to find the best resolutions for the customer and the business.
