Telecom Planner
£28,000-34,000 pa, bonus included and travel allowance, if required
We are a multi-function tech consultancy offering bespoke solutions based on decades of combined hands on experience. Our core specialties are in telecoms, IT & aerospace.
We are looking for a Telecom Planner to join our team in our headquarters in Slough.
Key duties are:
-As a Telecom Engineer, you will be given an understanding of the company’s products and services
-Perform 4G & 5G Network Planning and Optimisation
-Have good understanding of Telecom Radio Features & Metrics (KPIs)
-Perform Radio network dimensioning and be proficient in a wide range of radio tools
-Perform RF configuration data preparation & Maintenance
-Have multi-vendor network experience
-Producing reports after identifying issues and provide recommendations for maintaining the quality standards within work stack
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Proven knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, NR & RAN
-Support the Integration and Test teams, assisting with the production of test specifications
-be Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, strong
communication skills both written and verbal.
-have ability to prioritize multiple task to completion, work independently, complete tasks
successfully and strong attention to detail
You must be educated to a technical degree level. You must be able to meet customers’ requirements within given deadlines.
